HOURS AND COVID PROTOCAL

Parsippany Troy Hills Animal Hospital is open for well and sick pet appointments, surgeries, dentals and new pet exams.

Hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday, 9am to noon.

We are available for scheduling future appointments and medication refill pick up on WEDNESDAY 9am to noon. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call us at

COVID PROTOCOL

Our team continues to provide your pets with quality medical care delivered with individualized attention and gentle compassion.
We provide CURBSIDE PICKUP service only at this time.
  • When you arrive for your pre-scheduled appointment or prearranged medication or RX diet pick up give our receptionist a call and let her know you’re here.                             Our number is 973 355 6500.
  • Our receptionist will check your appointment in by phone and a technician will meet you outside to collect your pet and any lab samples you’ve brought along. The technician will also ask you questions regarding your pet’s overall health, specific concerns you may have and any behavioral issue you may want to have the doctor discuss with you.
  • Your pet will be brought into the hospital and the doctor will conduct a medical examination of your pet. The doctor will call you to discuss findings and recommendations. After speaking with you the doctor will redirect you to the receptionist who will review your invoice and collect payment. We accept CARE CREDIT, VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER. We do not accept check or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  • When your pet’s exam/vaccinations/treatment is complete our technician will deliver your pet to you along with your receipt and any medication/RX diet discussed with the doctor.
While we all look forward to the time when we can see our clients and patients face to face, we continue to put the health and safety of our staff and clients first. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
