When you arrive at Parsippany Troy-Hills Animal Hospital, you can expect quality care for your pet.
**During COVID_19, we have been doing “curbside service” with your pets to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy**
– Once you arrive to our clinic, please call our front reception and a technician will come out to greet you and bring your pet inside for their exam.
– Our doctor will then call you from the exam room and perform a complete examination on your pet.
– Once the examination is complete, our receptionist will call you to go over the invoice, do a payment and schedule any additional appointments if needed.
– Our technician will bring your pet and invoice/medications if applicable out to you.
We understand that a first visit with a new veterinarian is important and we want to create a well established bond with you and your pet. We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but there will be times the occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.
